Pinkwood was a roaring success!
What a great event! In this post I’d like to thank individual contributors for their support that made my first Group Leader role so fantastic:
Peter Kay – Not from Bolton, Peter was the mechanic that worked under the bonnet (no, not the pink one) to promote #pinkwood via Twitter, Facebook and the 4Networking Forum, coaching and mentoring me through the Social Media world. The original ‘Pinkwood – will you be there?’ post reached 13 pages, 180 posts and over 2000 viewings. My website stats went orbital. The #pinkwood hashtag on Twitter was used throughout.
Seriously, if you’re looking to promote your business via Social Media, Peter will provide the insight, support and great ideas to bring it to the market.
Sam Finlay – Allerton Video. Sam captured the atmosphere on video perfectly. I won’t dull his impact with words, just watch it over on the right…
Dorrian Carrington – D&D Carrington Photographers. As ever, Dorrian caught the still motion moments that keep the memories alive. Take a look.
Katie Millman – for delivering the 4Sight about networking that resulted in all the visitors signing up on the day! Katie, you are awesomes xx
Lucy Squires – for baking the cake that looked so terrific and kept us going from the 4N stand all day!
Michelle McDines (pictured) – for adding that special something!
Fran Tyler – for being pinker than a hen party! Fran won the prize of a web video, presentation or Twitter background from MouseProud. Well done Fran!
Ali Redwood, Inge Dowden, Roger Green and John Raine – TEAM PINKWOOD – great to work with these people, they just get the job done.
Nick Elston, Phil Clarkson, Phil Hendy, Terry Cooper, Justin Dodds, Dickie Armour and Brad – for offering help on the day and ensuring things went smoothly.
Lastly, everyone that was there on the day, keeping the 20-second slot to time and moving on quickly for the 10 minute 1:1s.
